The men's Tethera hiking boot is a 3 season boot with a firm midsole ideal for hill and mountain hikes. However, the boot is lightweight and comfortable enough for less demanding walks in dales and on fells. For many people who want only one boot with a wide range of uses the Tethera is their ‘boot of choice’. The design of the upper is the classic Nordic one piece of leather which has no stitching around the flex area of the boot. The Tethera men's boot is timeless, a classic all leather hill and mountain boot.

There is a rolling changeover of sole units from the original Vibram Masai version to the Defender Hi-Traction Sole – which offers improved up-hill traction, downhill braking and Slip Resistance.
